David Planka was born & raised in
RI. After completion of his A.F.A at the local community
college, David attended Ringling School of Art and Design
in Sarasota,Florida.
Upon his graduation in
2002, with a BFA from Ringling School of Art and Design, he
returned to Rhode
island to work for himself and other local artists.
